UI/UX Designer for Web3 Project

We are building a SocialFi platform on Solana Blockchain, transforming passive SOL staking into an interactive community-driven experience.

The role involves creating modern, user-friendly web interfaces in Figma and converting them into responsive production-ready code.

The ideal candidate has experience with web3 projects or social consumer-focused websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, visually appealing web pages in Figma, including responsive layouts.
  • Convert designs into pixel-perfect code.
  • Implement animations and micro-interactions to enhance UX.
  • Apply UX best practices for Web3 interfaces.
  • Collaborate with developers and iterate designs based on feedback.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience designing in Figma and implementing designs in HTML/CSS + JS/React.
  • Proven experience with Web3 projects, blockchain apps, or crypto platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showing Figma-to-code projects with animations/micro-interactions.
  • Familiarity with accessibility, user-centered design, and design systems.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Deliverables:

  • Complete Figma design files and prototypes.
  • Usable, responsive HTML/CSS + JS/React code with animations.
  • Documentation including style guides, fonts, colors, and components.

This is a remote opportunity, open to part-time, full-time, and freelancers. There's also the option to join the team full-time on a permanent basis as the company grows.
