Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of communication technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering user-centered design solutions that drive business success.

  • Lead end-to-end design across mobile, web, and dashboards, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Simplify complex AI-driven security features for both consumer and enterprise users, ensuring seamless interactions and maximum trust.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and reusable components that support scalability and consistency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8-12 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in startups or SaaS environments.
  • A proven track record of shipping successful B2C products and B2B platforms, with expertise in designing complex systems and mentoring junior designers.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and other relevant tools, as well as experience with analytics and UX testing tools.
Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Portfolio showcasing shipped products and detailed case studies.
  • Certifications in AI UX, behavioral design, or data visualization (optional).
