Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the capacity of Business Development Specialist. This role is crucial in maximizing Paid to Applied Business and coordinating with various teams to achieve this goal.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling Centralized Welcome Calling Process, reducing discrepancy ratios, managing work-in-progress (WIP) and vendor bills, as well as overseeing dashboards and governance for field operations.

In addition, the successful candidate will coordinate field operation fulfillment support, lead employee engagement initiatives, and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in new business, preferably in the life insurance sector.
