Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned mergers and acquisitions professional to drive end-to-end execution of strategic transactions, encompassing strategic planning, target identification, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and post-deal integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Strategy & Target Identification: Develop growth strategies, prioritize acquisition or JV opportunities, conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic targets.
  • Deal Execution: Perform valuations, prepare investment memos and board presentations, lead due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Transaction Structuring & Negotiations: Structure deals aligning with legal and tax requirements, negotiate agreements, and ensure timely transaction closure.
  • Post-Deal Integration (PDI): Plan and execute integration with key stakeholders, monitor synergies, transitions, and post-deal performance.
  • Internal & External Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across functions for deal alignment, manage relationships with advisors and strategic partners.

Requirements:

  • Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred.
  • Experience: 10–15 years in M&A, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking; minimum 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred; proven track record in handling end-to-end M&A lifecycle.
