GenAI Solutions Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design, deployment, and observability of production-grade Large Language Model (LLM) agents and multi-modal AI applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Model & Agent Design:
    • Create tailored LLM-powered agents and NLP solutions for business needs by designing, implementing, and fine-tuning.
    • Develop multi-agent and multi-modal AI applications/frameworks with a focus on interactivity, latency optimization, failover, and usability.
  • Hands-on Coding & Development:
    • Write, test, and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient Python code for LLMs and AI agents.
    • Implement fine-tuning, embeddings, and prompt engineering to optimize cost, latency, and accuracy.
  • Performance & Monitoring:
    • Optimize LLM agents for latency, scalability, robustness, and explainability.
    • Implement observability and guardrails strategies for enterprise-safe AI deployments.
  • Research & Innovation:
    • Read, interpret, and implement AI/Agent research papers into practical production-ready solutions.
    • Stay ahead of academic and industry trends in Agentic AI, multimodal AI, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 5–9 years total experience, with at least 4+ years in NLP, CV, and LLMs.
  • Strong expertise in GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and system design skills.
