Senior Fab Module Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Fab Module Engineering Team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in transferring technologies from partner fabs and qualifying all modules in our facility. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing standardized fab procedures, supporting R&D and tech transfer teams with module development, and building strong customer relationships based on confidence in our technical capabilities and technology/manufacturing reliability.

  • Lead cross-functional teams across diverse geographies to achieve project completion within timeline and cost targets.
  • Develop and implement standardized fab procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Support R&D and tech transfer teams with module development to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements:
  • M.S or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent.
  • 10+ years experience as Module Manager in 300mm fab.
  • Understanding of key modules theory and practice (photo, etch, diffusion, CVD, PVD, Implant, CMP, Electroplating, Cleans, etc).
  • Understanding of statistics and Design of Experiments.
  • Understanding of process characterization methods (SEM/EDX, SIMS, etc).
  • Understanding of device failure modes.
  • Understanding of defect characterization and improvement.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve project completion within timeline and cost targets.
  • Ability to work across different cultures and geographies.
  • Good team player.
