Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SD-WAN specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software engineering group, you will be responsible for validating core networking and security features & solution testing in the SD-WAN environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in a fast-paced team to solve important customer problems and deliver impactful results
  • Contribute in all phases of end-to-end product and solution validation
  • Collaborate with PM, TME, Customer Support teams to understand customer use cases
  • Work with different development and quality assurance groups to achieve the best quality
  • Suggest and implement improvements to the QA process
  • Work with DevOps and Technical Support teams to troubleshoot customer issues
Qualifications
  • 10-18 years of relevant experience, with a BS or MS degree
  • Expertise with standard TCP/IP protocols such as ARP, IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP & IPSec VPNs
  • Expertise in testing of Layer 2/3 networking, routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF & EIGRP, MPLS, IPSec, QoS, NAT, and policies etc.
  • Expertise in networking features like Multicast, IPv6, DNS, NAT & DHCP
  • Expertise in System, Solution, Scale, Performance, interoperability, and failover testing of SD-WAN solutions
  • Ability to build and maintain complex networking testbeds
  • Expertise with performance characterization of a networking product
  • Expertise in test orchestration, control plane, data plane, and security features of SD-WAN platforms
  • Proficient in using traffic generators (Ixia, Spirent), protocol analyzers (Wireshark), and monitoring tools
  • Expertise with Automation/Programming using Python and RestAPI's
  • Design and implement test frameworks, environments, and automation for system-level validation.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi, qemu/kvm, Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset
