Key Leadership Role

The role of Data Center Head entails visioning, strategizing, and leading the Data Center & Cloud Services Business.

This leader will provide strategic direction, scale the business, and acquire a significant market share in this space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Strategy:
    • Define the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for Data Center Colocation, Managed Services, and Cloud Services businesses.
    • Provide long-term strategic direction to ensure growth and sustainability.
    • Establish the company's market position as a leading Data Center & Cloud Services player in India.
    • Formulate strategies for market penetration, expansion into newer areas, and adoption of innovative business models.
    • Drive overall revenue and profitability for the business, ensuring achievement of sales, order book, and cash flow targets.
    • Oversee feasibility studies and capex planning for capacity augmentation.
  • Client Acquisition and Management:
    • Acquire and manage strategic clients across Hyperscalers, Enterprises, Government, and other sectors.
    • Build long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
    • Engage with government bodies, enterprises, and other stakeholders for alliances and business opportunities.
    • Network extensively with clients, regulators, policymakers, consultants, and ecosystem partners.
    • Cross-leverage synergies across businesses to enhance overall organizational value.
  • Operations Leadership:
    • Guide solution design and delivery across Colocation, Managed Services, and Cloud Services.
    • Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and other platforms.
    • Lead large-scale cloud migrations and modernizations.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, industry, and company standards for cloud infrastructure and data security.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in developing and executing business strategies. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are also essential.
