Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales training and development, with a strong ability to manage the full training cycle.

  • Conduct classroom/online training sessions on the product, process, and soft skills
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
  • Identify training needs and create customized training programs
  • Monitor existing individuals, identify training needs, and organize refresher training programs
  • Content creation (ILT modules, e-learning modules, collaterals, learner guide, and facilitator guides)
  • Responsible for escalating possible new hire attrition and flagging poor performance, misfit skills, or behavioral issues in training
  • Prepare new business development executives by conducting orientation to sales processes
  • Provide resources and assistance through refresher training sessions
  • Determine training needs by auditing calls, studying sales results, and reports
  • Analyze day-to-day needs for training in the sales team
  • Develop material required for training
  • Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs
  • Maintain and update records of training material
Experience and Required Skills

We are looking for a candidate with a proven work experience as a Sales Trainer, with a minimum of 1 to 6 years of experience in training. The ideal candidate will have a graduate or MBA in Marketing/Human Resource or its equivalent.

  • Ability to manage the full training cycle
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient with Google suite
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Critical thinking and decision-making
  • Knowledge of video creation is a plus
