Job Overview:

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, optimizing social media posts, and engaging with the audience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an eye for design, and be self-motivated, organized, and accountable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, stories) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Account Management: Manage social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Metrics Monitoring: Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.) and provide regular performance reports.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Design Eye: An excellent eye for design and attention to detail is required to create visually appealing content.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivation, organization, accountability, and ability to work within tight timelines are essential.
