About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned revenue optimization professional to join our team as a strategic leader responsible for maximizing hotel revenues and market share. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective inventory, pricing, and distribution strategies to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to maximize hotel revenues and market share.
  • Pricing and Inventory Management: Establish and manage effective rate structures for rooms and events across all market segments, ensuring optimal pricing and inventory management.
  • Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Conduct market analysis and identify trends to inform commercial strategies and optimize business performance.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor hotel performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Marketing teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of commercial strategies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Revenue Optimization roles, with a proven track record of driving commercial strategies and maximizing hotel revenues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and build effective relationships.
  • A college degree (Bachelor) in business, economics, marketing, or strategy.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus benefits, opportunities for career growth and development, and a collaborative work environment.
