Interior Projects Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Interior Projects Specialist to spearhead growth for our interior projects vertical. This role combines design expertise, client advisory, and business development acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Advisory & Business Development:
    • Serve as the primary advisor to clients on their workspace or interior needs.
    • Cultivate new business opportunities in office, workspaces, and other commercial interiors.
    • Expand interiors services to existing clients through targeted sales initiatives.
    • Develop long-term partnerships with landlords, brokers, and corporate clients.
  • Design Knowledge & Pre-Sales Support:
    • Translate client requirements into actionable design briefs.
    • Discuss layouts, materials, finishes, and space optimization ideas with confidence.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare concept boards, BOQs, and cost estimates.
  • Coordination & Delivery Oversight:
    • Handover project to the in-house Project Manager and Design Team for execution.
    • Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, 4–7 years of experience in interior projects, client advisory, or design-build sales, and strong relationship-building, consultative selling abilities, solid understanding of interiors, materials, and fit-out processes, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to interpret and explain design/BOQs to clients, and a problem-solving, client-first mindset.
