Job Title: Proposal Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development unit, you will play a critical role in preparing and submitting proposals for various projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing project requirements and developing tailored proposal strategies
  • Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposal submissions
  • Preparing and submitting high-quality proposals within specified deadlines
  • Ensuring all proposal documents are accurate and compliant with regulations
  • Following up on submitted proposals and addressing any clarifications or additional information requests
  • Identifying new business opportunities and researching industry trends
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop competitive pricing strategies
  • Managing proposal databases and documentation for future reference
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of proposal processes and documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of proposal evaluation criteria and compliance standards
  • Experience in the marketing, advertising, or sales industry is a plus
