**Proposal Writer Job description**

BuzzClan is looking for an eloquent, persuasive Proposal Writer to join our team. The Proposal Writer's responsibilities include gathering information, formatting the information according to the requirements, proofreading, editing, and sending the proposal to the appropriate source. To be successful as a Proposal Writer, you should be articulate, have excellent written communication skills, and be able to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines. Ultimately, a top-notch Proposal Writer should be consistent, detail-oriented, and able to write in a factual, convincing manner.

**JOB DELIVERABLES**
- Responsible for writing proposals, ensuring compliance with all requests for proposals (RFPs) requirements
- Analyzes the RFPs and develop compliance matrices as guidelines for proposal evaluation
- Organizes the proposal according to requirements and edits information from Subject Matter Experts to be included in the proposal
- Reviews, writes and edits technical writing, presentations, briefings, White Papers, and other deliverables
- Develops win themes and incorporates strategies developed in review team discussions for final drafts
- Supports proposal production through preparation, editing, and final binding of all proposals as required
- Assists in the coordination of all proposal sections including completion of all required Government forms

**Skills**
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to translate solutions into effective business proposals
- Ability to edit content for clarification and consistency
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Essential to have the ability to work under tight deadlines, on multiple documents and RFPs simultaneously, to meet those deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to complete proposals
- Be familiar with the Federal Acquisition Rules (FAR)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiar with Microsoft Project Roles and Responsibilities

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar - 160055, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
