Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, with hands-on experience in SFDC Apex, LWC and Lightning Component programming. They should be able to design scalable technical solutions for transformative projects and have expertise in deployment with best practices.

They must also be skilled in communication and direct customer interfacing, as well as org level impact analysis approaches and team leadership. Additionally, they should have awareness of IT support processes, SLA reporting and support protocols, manufacturing process knowledge and SAP basic awareness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating scalable technical designs for transformative solutions.
  • Designing and implementing large data migrations for complex data models and files/attachments.
  • Leading teams and establishing clear design directions and task priorities.
Required Skills

Strong technical skills are required, including:

  • Solid hands-on understanding of SFDC platform.
  • Strong SFDC Apex, LWC and Lightning Component programming skills.
