Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented procurement professional looking for a challenging role?

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contracting.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sourcing, vendor management, cost control, and contract negotiation in an engineering or construction-oriented industry. They should also have excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes
• Collaborate with project teams and internal stakeholders to understand material and service requirements
• Identify reliable suppliers and establish and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and services as per project requirements and timelines
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and material availability to optimize procurement strategies
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and cost effectiveness
• Maintain procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and payment documents
• Assist in developing procurement plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, MBA, Operations, or related discipline
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in procurement
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with import/export logistics and global sourcing is a plus
• Exposure to sustainable procurement practices

Benefits:
• Competitive salary: $30,000 - $35,000 per month
