Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Academic Counsellor Trainee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives by guiding and mentoring them in their academic journey.

As an Academic Counsellor Trainee, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to students, helping them navigate the complexities of our school curriculum. You will work closely with parents and students to address their concerns and provide expert guidance.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in converting potential leads into admissions through consultative sales. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with students and parents will be essential in achieving this goal.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, academic counselling, or BDA is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Freshers with 0–3 months of experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Passion for education and mentorship is required.
  • Target-driven and eager to grow in a sales-oriented career.
