Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled visual communications specialist to design engaging and visually appealing visual assets for the Amazon platform.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality visual assets that enhance product descriptions, incorporate engaging visuals, infographics, and informative text to drive customer engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, target audience, and key messaging.
  • Conduct research on competitor listings and industry trends to ensure designs are competitive and aligned with best practices.
  • Utilize graphic design software to create high-quality visual assets, including product images, lifestyle images, banners, icons, and illustrations.
  • Optimize designs for various Amazon platforms and devices, ensuring compatibility and responsiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a creative designer, preferably within an e-commerce or Amazon-focused environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in designing listing images, A+ content, and brand store pages.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of Amazon's guidelines and requirements for visual assets.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
  • Ability to conceptualize and translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with remote work processes and ability to adhere to a set schedule.

Working Conditions:

This is a remote role requiring a fully functional laptop/desktop and adherence to a 5:30pm-2:30am IST schedule, Monday to Friday.
