We are seeking an experienced Programme Management Office (PMO) Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of programme lifecycle activities, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and benefits realization.
Key Responsibilities:- Programme Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement programme lifecycle frameworks and tools to ensure effective programme delivery.
- Change Delivery: Understand and apply Change Delivery principles and methodologies to drive business transformation.
- Project Management: Apply project management principles and methodologies to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication, influencing, and governance implementation.
- PMO Activities: Ensure the PMO is a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on programme and project management best practices.
- Excellent understanding of programme and portfolio lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of change delivery principles and methodologies.
- Strong project management skills, with experience of managing large and complex projects/programmes.
- Experience of working in an insurance environment, with knowledge of change projects.
- Good stakeholder management skills, with experience of communicating with multiple stakeholders.
