Job Summary:

A highly skilled professional is required to perform a review of complex engagements and oversee the preparation of US tax returns for Not For Profit organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of complex engagements and ensure accurate preparation of US tax returns for Not For Profit organizations.
  • Monitor changes in tax rates and laws, and apply these changes to tax return preparation.
  • Provide Quality Assurance for projects handled by the team and identify technical issues on engagements.
  • Present recommendations to engagement teams and coach team members on technical concepts.
  • Participate in technical forums and help develop training materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in cross-cultural business settings and execute effectively in outsourcing environments.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite and experience with proprietary tools.
