As a Governance Risk & Compliance professional, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks related to information security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks related to information security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • ISO 27001 Implementation: Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001 standards, including internal audits and certification processes.
  • Policy Development: Develop, update, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor adherence to industry regulations and standards, such as GDPR, NIST, and SOX.

Audits and Assessments: Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements.

Vendor Risk Management: Evaluate and manage third-party vendors to ensure they meet organizational security requirements.

Security Controls: Test and monitor the effectiveness of security controls and recommend enhancements.

Regulatory Research: Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CISA, CISM, ISO 27001, are a plus.

Candidates with experience in risk management, risk assessment, second line defense, control assessment, control review, control testing, ITGC Control, gap analysis, policy creation, and ISO 27001 are preferred.
