Job Summary

We seek an experienced Industrial Designer to lead our next-generation energy solutions. This role requires a customer-centric approach, combining market insight and cutting-edge design leadership.

The successful candidate will shape the future of our products, blending research, usability studies, and manufacturing processes to deliver user-centric designs that are functional, distinctive, reliable, and aligned with our brand identity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth field visits to engage stakeholders across levels, identifying real-world pain points and translating insights into a comprehensive Design Requirements Document.
  • Lead the industrial design of next-generation meters and rack-mounted devices, defining a minimalist, brand-consistent design language that balances innovation with ease of manufacturing, cost efficiency, and long-term usability.
  • Develop design strategies that differentiate us in the market, aiming to establish leadership with a significantly higher market share over competitors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that reduce total cost of ownership while enhancing manufacturability and scalability.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in industrial design, preferably with high-volume electronic or hardware products.
  • Proven track record of translating customer and market insights into successful, user-centric product designs.
  • Strong expertise in field research, usability studies, requirement gathering, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across technical and leadership levels.
