Resiliency Specialist Role

This position is focused on ensuring the fault-tolerant and high-availability design of enterprise-grade applications and infrastructure.

We are looking for a skilled individual to develop, execute, and maintain testing strategies that validate system recovery and resiliency under various scenarios.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with testing tools, and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Java.

The selected candidate will work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to identify vulnerabilities, provide actionable insights, and propose enhancements to improve system resilience.

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 5–8 years of experience in software testing, QA, or systems engineering.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, networking concepts, and database management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Apache JMeter and Rational Performance Tester.
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming languages: Python and Java.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with DevOps, engineering, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement resiliency-focused testing strategies.
  2. Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
  3. Analyze test results to provide actionable insights.
  4. Collaborate with teams to recommend improvements.
  5. Monitor system behavior during disruption scenarios.
