Job Title: Finance Revenue Manager

Location: Delhi/Noida

Experience: 10+ years

Education: Chartered Accountant (required)

About the Role

You will oversee the Order-to-Cash cycle for circulation revenue, focusing on billing, credit recovery management, and compliance. Our team is responsible for ensuring 100% accurate revenue recognition. You will support the business in analyzing all business risks and ensure timely recoveries of outstanding amounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure billing to all agencies
  • Manage disputes with agencies and customers
  • Maintain proper documentation of existing and new customer codes
  • Book value-added orders/invoices regarding sponsorships
  • Reconcile Dealer and Finance ledger balances
  • Coordinate with auditors and internal/Statutory audit
  • Experienced in Revenue Accounting
  • Manage interface with banks on banking products/clearing collections

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Presentation relating to revenue and collections at month-end
  • Calculate Classified, Display, and Canvasser incentives
  • Adhere to Month Closing checklist
  • Initiate Process Control/Cost Control measures

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure GST & TDS compliance

Commercial Excellence:

  • Exposure to reconciliation of Debtors, Provision for expenses, cost ledger/vendor payment
  • Exposure to legal Contracts/Barter arrangements
  • Exposure to Budgeting exercise
  • Exposure to Document Management setup

Technical Skills:

  • Maintain Customer Database
  • Working knowledge in SAP
  • High knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI

Education Qualification:

Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant with 10-12 years of experience in accounting in the service industry
