Product Design Development Engineer

Proman Infrastructure Services is seeking a skilled Product Design and Development Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop cutting-edge products using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software from concept to production release.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, marketing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure that products are feasible and meet functionality requirements.
  • Lead design reviews, capture feedback, and implement improvements to enhance performance and user value.
  • Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), Bill of Materials (BOMs), and manufacturing specifications.
  • Analyze product performance using simulation tools, prototype, and test, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM)/Design for Assembly (DFA) techniques to improve manufacturability, reliability, and cost.
Requirements:
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in CAD and familiar with simulation tools across the product lifecycle.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in Heavy equipment manufacturing Industry, Heavy fabrication industry, Stone Crushing equipment manufacturing industry.
