About Us:

We are a pioneering team dedicated to transforming the creator economy and redefining online shopping. Our mission is to provide users with personalized experiences, guided by creators, allowing them to find what they want quickly while enhancing their shopping experience.

Our Story:

Three friends from college, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, founded our company with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours. We started in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but couldn't. We're based out of Gurugram and have recently raised a series A round of funding led by prominent investors.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with product managers to define key metrics and KPIs for tracking product performance.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes on key metrics and drive iterative improvements.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on product performance and recommendations for future enhancements.

Required Skills:

If you're a content creator yourself or have worked closely in the social media space, we'd love to hear from you.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in Python (highly preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
