Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Performance Engineer to join our Digital Service Center team.

The Performance Engineer will work closely with the Field Services team to deliver high-quality services to customers, focusing on improving their key performance indicators (KPIs) related to building safety, comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collects performance data, analyzes, clarifies, and verifies results to produce routine reports using data analytics tools.
  • Assesses existing site's technical systems, identifies opportunities for facility improvements, and plant optimization strategies to enhance building performance by leveraging data analytics platform capabilities and power of data.
  • Schedules and executes remote preventive maintenance tasks in coordination with the Field Service team.
  • Implements predictive analytics for connected systems and enables optimization measures.
  • Runs health check reports, documents the results, and prepares improvement proposals.
  • Conducts Measurement and Verification to establish asset performance and conformance in terms of contracts, standards, best practices, etc.
  • KPI reporting using data analytics and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power Bi, Python.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in service-related functions for Building Technologies.
  • In-depth technical understanding of solutions like Building Management Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, and CCTV systems in terms of their features and integration with each other and with other faculties of a building.
  • Good domain knowledge on Comfort, e.g., HVAC, Refrigeration, etc. Energy, Mechanical, Lighting, Electrical, etc. aspects of a Building.
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar.
  • Good Understanding of Customer Service functions - Corrective, Preventive maintenance approach and process.
  • Understanding of Digital and Remote Service Delivery.
  • Analytical skills and strong ability to solve technical problems independently.
  • Competent in English language, spoken and written. Good Communication skills to interact virtually with teammates, customers on articulate technical topics.
  • Basic Networking knowledge is a plus.
