About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Engineer. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent technical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Delivering high-quality technical tasks independently and with minimal supervision from senior staff.
  • Interacting and coordinating with other teams on various multi-disciplinary projects contributing to project implementation of Multi-D schemes.
  • Responding to client queries resulting from client reports.
  • Understanding and implementing quality assurance procedures.
  • Attending and contributing to progress meetings and debriefs.
  • Working within financial and program constraints.
  • Preparing presentations and supporting documentation, bidding with a Senior Manager, and attending as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree holders in Transportation Engineering or Highway Engineering.
  • Engineers with 5-9 years of experience in highways/Roadway/motorways design with ORD and Civil 3D software.
  • Experience working on UK/US projects/NA-Canada/ME/ANZ Regional projects using different codal standards and guidelines is preferred.
  • Global design experience and international project experience in a collaborative environment is also preferred.
  • Software proficiency in AutoCAD/MicroStation (2D design experience) and ORD/Civil 3D is mandatory.
  • Experience in highway/rehab related design & modelling, land development, traffic management plans, Junctions, Road Signs & Markings is required.
  • Quality process, procedures, implementation for delivery of projects is essential.
  • Highway-related BIM exposure and CDE awareness is an added advantage.
