About the Role:

This position involves leveraging technical expertise in cooling technologies, product development, and system design to drive innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer to improve cooling systems and heat exchanger designs.
  • Develop new algorithms for airflow control systems.
  • Analyze dehumidification processes and technologies to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create efficient and cost-effective products.

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

  • Provide technical support to resolve complex issues related to cooling systems and heat exchangers.
  • Diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.

Industry Trends and Innovation:

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in cooling technology and heat exchanger design.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance product offerings.

Training and Education:

  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops for engineers, technicians, and other professionals.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.

Consultation and Advisory Role:

  • Act as a consultant for projects involving cooling technology and heat exchangers.
  • Offer expertise in system design, energy efficiency optimization, sustainability practices, and cost-effectiveness.

Project Management:

  • Manage projects related to cooling systems and heat exchangers, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications: M Tech / PHD in Mechanical or similar fields with 6+ Years of Experience in air conditioning product development
