Senior Electrical Systems Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Senior Electrical Engineer position in our team.
Job Description- Electrical System Development: The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing wiring harnesses for electric two-wheelers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaboration: Our team collaborates closely with vehicle architects to integrate wiring harnesses into the overall EV design, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Create detailed wiring harness specifications, electrical diagrams, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for production, using advanced CAD software to optimize designs and minimize space utilization.
- Prototyping and Testing: Oversee prototyping, validation, and testing of wiring harnesses in prototype vehicles, ensuring electrical systems are tested for functionality, reliability, and safety under various operating conditions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all wiring harness designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices, driving continuous improvement initiatives in the design process to optimize cost, weight reduction, and performance enhancement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with electrical engineers, mechanical designers, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth integration of wiring harness designs into production vehicles.
Requirements
- Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Skills and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical system development, with expertise in wiring harness design, electrical diagram creation, and BOM management.
