Experienced BIM Modeler Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bim Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and clash-free models.

The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing accurate 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using tools such as Revit and Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Develop accurate 2D and 3D models of MEP systems using Revit and other modeling tools.
  • Clash Detection: Identify and resolve clashes between MEP and other building systems using Navisworks or similar tools.
  • Drawing Generation: Generate 2D drawings, shop drawings, and coordination drawings from BIM models in compliance with project requirements.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of model data in line with project and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: B.E in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 4-9 years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeler in MEP design.
  • Skills: Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of MEP systems, construction documentation, and coordination.
