We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler – MEP with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D BIM models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using tools such as Revit and Navisworks. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and clash-free models and generate high-quality project deliverables in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop accurate 3D BIM models of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems using Revit and other modeling tools.

· Identify and resolve clashes between MEP and other building systems using Navisworks or similar tools.

· Generate 2D drawings, shop drawings, and coordination drawings from BIM models in compliance with project requirements.

· Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of model data in line with project and industry standards.

· Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated and coordinated designs.

· Produce project deliverables such as fabrication spools, detailed reports, tickets, and clash reports.

· Implement and follow Quality control measures to ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the modeling process.

· Understand and apply relevant BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans (e.g., BEP).

· Communicate design issues, model updates, and coordination outcomes with internal and external project stakeholders.

· Assist project managers in project planning, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of BIM-related tasks.

· Apply appropriate LODs (Level of Development) across various stages of the project (LOD 300, 350, 400, etc.).

· Create and edit parametric Revit families for MEP components, ensuring reusability and project compatibility.

· Possess strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes, including HVAC, piping, plumbing, and electrical layouts.

Required Qualifications

B.E in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

4-9 years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeler in MEP design.

Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.

Solid understanding of MEP systems, construction documentation, and coordination.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), industry codes, and LOD specifications.
