Senior CRM Expert

We are seeking a professional who can manage digitalization projects in the commercial area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management/Digitalization in the Commercial Area
  • Create Business Requirements/Change Requests Document
  • Support Business to Define and Describe Exact Needs
  • Prepare Requests for Proposals and Manage Vendors Technical Answers
  • Facilitate Workshops
  • Perform Gap Analysis Between Requirement and To-Be Solution
  • Design and Document Business Process
  • Align Business Processes Across Agencies
  • Manage Delivery Team in Developing Applications
  • Collaborate with Technical Demand Teams and Business Change Managers
  • Prepare Key User Training
  • Manage User Acceptance and Smooth Roll Out of Applications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree
  • Extensive Experience as Salesforce Developer, Strong Focus on Sales and Service Cloud and Migrating Legacy Systems
  • Proficient in Apex, Lightning Components, Lightning Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce Integration Tools
  • Hands-On Experience with Salesforce Data Migration
  • Strong Understanding of Salesforce Best Practices
  • Excellent Collaboration Skills with Cross-Functional Teams and Stakeholders
  • Salesforce Certifications Are Highly Preferred
  • Salesforce Experience of 4-6 Years
