Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager to lead our growth strategy and execution. The successful candidate will align with Product and Marketing teams to deliver GTM plans for business markets and achieve company growth goals.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of prior experience in a similar role, with a solid track record of scaling up from scratch. Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition funnel management, and performance marketing is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead growth strategy and execution, aligning with Product and Marketing teams to deliver GTM plans for business markets and achieve company growth goals.
  • Cross-company collaboration, working with product and revenue operations leaders.
  • Create a do-anything environment to support organizational goals, with a strong understanding of product enhancements and procedures.
  • Implement marketing plans in line with overall business objectives, balancing long-term strategic brand-building activities with mid-term lead generation and quick wins to achieve targets.
  • Use data and analytics for decision-making, measuring marketing effectiveness, and driving growth through structured experimentation and iteration.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Campaign Management Tools and Web Analytics Tools.
  • Goal-driven, comfortable dealing with numerical data, and excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
