UI Designer Specialist

Our mission is to eradicate Math Phobia worldwide and enable our students to pursue careers in Stem Fields, Coding, Analytics, AI, and more by ensuring their core math fundamentals are strong.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers to define and implement micro-interactions and motion design for web and mobile interfaces.
  • Create animations, transitions, and interactive states that enhance usability and visual appeal.
  • Develop production-ready motion assets in Rive and Adobe After Effects.
  • Export animations into JSON/Lottie format for seamless developer integration.
  • Work with developers to ensure animations perform smoothly and match design intent.
  • Maintain a consistent motion language aligned with brand and product guidelines.
  • Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in UI animation, motion design, or interaction design for digital products.
  • Strong skills in Rive and Adobe After Effects (with Lottie export workflow).
  • Understanding of animation principles, timing, and easing in UI contexts.
  • Ability to translate static UI designs into fluid motion experiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail.
  • Portfolio showcasing UI animation and micro-interaction work.
