Job Title: Senior Manager, Customer Support Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our customer support team and drive strategic growth in the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement support strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in technical support or customer success, with a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
- Deep understanding of SaaS technologies, APIs, SSO, integrations, and other relevant tools.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing support costs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
