Job Summary:

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment activities and progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, showcasing our company's values and culture.
  • Utilize recruitment software and social media platforms to source and engage with potential candidates, ensuring a strong online presence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and recruiting techniques, with a focus on innovation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent acquisition, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Solid decision-making and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex recruitment scenarios.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all recruitment activities.
