Technical Leadership Role

This position involves leading a high-performing team of engineers in the development of distributed systems. The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, designing cloud-native systems, and driving technical excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a track record of delivering high-quality software products, and expertise in emerging technologies such as AI/ML and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive technical strategy and architecture decisions.
  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure distributed systems that meet business requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building distributed systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership, managing teams of 8+ engineers.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performance technical environments.
  • Strong project management and delivery skills.
  • Proficient in one or more backend programming languages (Java, Python, Go, .Net).
  • Experience with cloud-native tools and infrastructure (Kubernetes, Istio, Terraform).
