Job Description

As a Technical Accounting Director, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical accounting advisory services to clients. You will work with senior stakeholders to develop and maintain client relationships, mentor team members, and support practice management initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to business development activities and proposal development;
  • Manage client relationships and project manage engagements;
  • Provide technical accounting advice to clients on complex issues and conduct research on accounting topics;
  • Assist clients with implementing new accounting standards and financial reporting;
  • Review and analyze client financial information and provide recommendations for improvement;
  • Supervise and mentor team members;
  • Stay up-to-date on accounting standards and regulations;
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines;
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently;
  • Apply independent professional judgment in applying accounting standards.
