Job Description

As a Software Development Expert, you will play a key role in designing and implementing software solutions that meet business needs. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing software applications, and ensuring they are user-friendly and meet desired functionality.

Your typical day will involve working independently and contributing actively to team discussions. You will be expected to provide solutions to work-related problems, design and develop software solutions, conduct testing and debugging, and provide technical support to the development team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB): Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB is mandatory for this role. Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow CMDB solutions is also required.
  • IT Service Management Principles and Practices: Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices is necessary.
  • Experience with ITIL Processes and Best Practices: Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is essential.
