**Publishing Workflow Coordinator**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Publishing Workflow Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our publishing department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end publishing workflows, from manuscript submission to final production.

This includes collaborating with editorial teams, authors, designers, and vendors to ensure publishing timelines are met. You will also perform quality checks on content, layouts, and design before release, and assist in preparing content for digital and print distribution, ensuring compliance with publishing standards.

In this role, you will track project progress, maintain databases, and update status reports for ongoing publishing projects. Additionally, you will monitor industry trends, tools, and technologies to recommend improvements in publishing processes, and handle correspondence with authors and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and collaborative relationship.

To succeed in this position, you must have strong attention to detail, excellent proofreading and editing skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
