Quality Assurance Specialist

Ensure the quality and integrity of our products through meticulous inspections, efficient process control, and effective collaboration with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of castings, forgings, and fabricated components to verify adherence to international standards.
  • Supervise steel fabrication, pipe systems, and fittings to guarantee compliance with international standards.
  • Develop, review, and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Manufacturing Inspection Plans (MIPs) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage supplier quality documents and inspection calls using digital tools to maintain transparency and efficiency.
  • Identify and document nonconformities, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
  • Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Participate in lean initiatives to optimize process efficiency and product quality.
  • Engage in supplier audits, performance monitoring, and new supplier development to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in QA/QC with expertise in casting, forging, and fabrication inspections.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes for castings, forgings, and fittings.
  • Certification in ASNT Level II for DP, UT, MPT, and RT with hands-on proficiency.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 as a certified internal auditor.
  • Strong understanding and application of quality tools – 8D, 5 Whys, A3, CAPA.
  • Proficiency in engineering drawings, MS Office, and SAP (MM & QM).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
