Job Overview

Plant Quality Head for LV Electrical Panels

This senior management role involves overseeing the quality of electrical panels and ensuring compliance with industry standards. As a plant quality head, you will be responsible for implementing quality management systems to drive process optimization and defect reduction.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management, preferably within the LV electrical panel or similar electrical manufacturing industry. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team are essential for this position.

The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes, ensure product reliability, and meet customer requirements.

We are looking for a seasoned professional who can drive initiatives for continuous improvement, leveraging tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management System (QMS): Develop and maintain a QMS to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Process Oversight: Monitor and control quality processes across all stages of production, from raw material inspection to final product testing.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to achieve quality objectives.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to industry standards and customer-specific requirements for LV electrical panels.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process optimization, defect reduction, and quality improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or certifications in Quality Management is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the LV electrical panel or similar electrical manufacturing industry.
