Job Description:
As a Process Innovation Leader at Deepak Group Co, you will play a critical role in driving process excellence and technical innovation across our manufacturing operations.

About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned process expert to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in delivering optimized petrochemical processes. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of process designs, ensuring safety, efficiency, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Operations teams to drive process requirements alignment and optimize plant performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical expertise and safety awareness among process teams.
- Lead troubleshooting activities for complex process issues during commissioning and ramp-up phases.
- Define and review process safety measures, HAZOP studies, and risk assessments for new plant setups.
- Evaluate and recommend process technologies, modifications, and enhancements for optimized plant performance.

Key Deliverables:
- Successful commissioning and stabilization of petrochemical processes.
- Implementation of best-in-class process safety and risk management systems.
- Achievement of targeted operational efficiencies and cost savings.
- Compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:
Minimum 25+ years of experience in petrochemical, refining, or large-scale chemical process industries.

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of petrochemical processes, thermodynamics, reaction kinetics, and separation technologies.
- Expertise in process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS, PRO-II, etc.).
- Proficiency in HAZOP, LOPA, SIL assessments, and other process safety methodologies.
