Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Chief Company Secretary with experience in handling compliance under Companies Act 2013 and SEBI Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties as Compliance Officer and Company Secretary, ensuring compliance with Listing Regulations, SEBI Laws, Companies Act, and Depositories Act.
  • Coordinate with BSE, NSDL, CDSL, debenture trustees, lawyers, consultants, and other parties on behalf of the company.
  • Advise board and management committees on statutory and constitutional requirements to ensure proper business conduct.
  • Prepare and maintain minutes, statutory books, and filing of returns with Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, NCLT, Stock Exchanges, and Government.
  • Prepare necessary applications for land allotment and coordinate related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with ROC/statutory issues and advise on arbitration, negotiation, and conciliation in commercial disputes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Company secretary with 3-7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Theoretical and professional working knowledge of Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Tax, and Government regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook applications.
  • Experience in handling compliances of debt-listed companies and securities issuance.
