**Mine Production Supervisor Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Mine Production Supervisor to oversee the entire mining process, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing production plans to optimize efficiency, supervising mine foremen and mining mates, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring quality control.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute production strategies to achieve operational excellence
  • Supervise activities of mine foremen, mining mates, and contractors to ensure efficient production
  • Plan and implement quality initiatives in consultation with geologists to maintain high-quality standards
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed by guiding staff and conducting regular site rounds
  • Participate in departmental meetings, safety analysis meetings, and conduct shop floor rounds
  • Submit timely reports on safety incidents, near misses, and training compliance
  • Implement corrective actions for deviations in quality, quantity, and efficiency
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by submitting required returns
  • Coordinate maintenance inspections and prepare DPR reports, MIS notifications in SAP
