Job Title: Product Development Director

About the Role:

  1. We are seeking a seasoned product development professional to lead our product team in strategic planning, product launch cycles, and collaboration with stakeholders.
  2. This role involves driving execution of processes across the product lifecycle, including research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements, and roadmap development.
  3. The successful candidate will assume primary leadership for effective communication, company readiness, release, rollout, and positioning of our offerings.
  4. They will participate in sprint planning discussions to define the sprint goal and refine the product backlogs.
  5. Additionally, they will translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  6. Key responsibilities also include creating product strategy documents describing business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  7. The ideal candidate will review works by the development team, ensuring alignment with the product vision.
  8. They will serve as an interface with customers, internal development groups, and all stakeholders.
  9. Maintenance of CRM/Jira for internal tracking and monitoring progress of development items within expected timelines is essential.
  10. Generating monthly usage reports and publishing them for accounting purposes is also required.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 4-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in the US healthcare domain.
  2. The candidate should be self-motivated and driven, capable of envisioning the future direction of the product.
  3. Prior product management experience is desirable but not mandatory; candidates without prior experience may be considered for junior positions.
  4. An understanding of technology and healthcare product platforms is necessary.
  5. Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management/Clinical or other areas within the healthcare domain is required.
  6. The ability to understand and communicate the solution vision, driving details is crucial.

Language Proficiency:

Proficient in English and Malayalam languages.
