Production Director

Seeking an exceptional Production Manager to oversee and drive the production operations in our Shahada plant.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed production plans and schedules to meet customer demand, optimize resource utilization, and minimize downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors, engineers, and operators within the Shahada facility.
- Establish and maintain robust quality control systems and procedures to ensure products meet required standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and legal requirements applicable in Maharashtra and India.
- Manage and optimize the utilization of all resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and energy, to achieve production targets and cost efficiency within the Shahada context.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in production management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- B.E or M.Tech degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to adapt to local work culture and safety awareness levels.
