Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct complex compromise analysis and work with resolver groups to ensure timely mitigation of security events.
  • Perform forensic investigations and identify and assess threat intelligence sources, recommending relevant actions and facilitating implementation.
  • Conduct security assessments, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
  • Stay up-to-date on IT security and the latest methods attackers use to infiltrate computer systems.
  • Research new security technologies to decide what will most effectively protect our organization.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a SOC environment.
  • Ability to work shifts on a rotating basis for 24/7 operational support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in evaluating and implementing new tools and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or Global Information Assurance Certifications (GIAC).
