About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position in our team. As a senior risk management professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) strategies, including vendor vetting, monitoring, and reporting. You will also be responsible for conducting risk assessments of vendors and partners, providing recommendations for mitigation and oversight.

You will manage end-to-end audit processes for SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliance, including evidence collection and control implementation. Additionally, you will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external auditors, ensuring timely remediation of findings and driving continuous improvement.

As a Senior Risk Management Professional, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS). You will conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to manage risk treatment plans and maintain certification.

You will ensure organizational adherence to SSAE 18 standards through the development of policies, controls, and audit processes. You will also maintain documentation and communication with stakeholders on the organization's compliance status.

Furthermore, you will draft, review, and update GRC policies and procedures to align with best practices and regulatory requirements. You will monitor compliance with industry standards and regulations, recommending corrective actions as needed.

In addition, you will conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments to identify, analyze, and mitigate operational and information security risks. You will develop and maintain risk registers and dashboards for executive reporting.

You will provide training and guidance to employees on GRC, TPRM, and compliance topics. You will foster a culture of compliance and security awareness throughout the organization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. You should have at least 2 years of experience in GRC, information security, or audit-related roles.

You should have expertise in:

  • TPRM tools and frameworks
  • SOC 1 & SOC 2 frameworks
  • ISO/IEC 27001 implementation
  • SSAE 18 compliance

You should also have strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for stakeholder engagement.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
